UpGlo is a national organization that supports immigrants and refugees restarting their careers in the United States. Too often, immigrants and refugees with high levels of education and professional acumen aren’t given the same opportunities in the United States as in their home countries. UpGlo helps connect them to training and opportunities to work in their specific industries and fields.
UpGlo needed creative materials and a digital marketing strategy to promote their latest report, “Unlocking Potential: Enhancing Community College Services for Immigrant and Refugee Students” (also known as the Lumina Report).
Black Digital’s scope of work included designing the report and its executive summary; developing a custom landing page on UpGlo’s website designed to inform and gather leads; and strategizing, executing, and optimizing a LinkedIn paid advertising campaign, among other social media graphics.
Black Digital created 13 single-image ads on LinkedIn, targeting specific audiences and generating awareness around the Lumina Report.
The ads Black Digital created for UpGlo’s Lumina Report received more than 350,000 impressions and reached more than 50,000 users on LinkedIn.
