The Executive Leadership Council (The ELC) is an independent non-profit that opens channels of opportunity for the development of Black executives to impact businesses and communities positively. Their mission is to increase the number of successful Black executives – both domestically and internationally – by adding value to their development, leadership, and philanthropic endeavors throughout their careers, thereby strengthening their companies, organizations, and communities.
The ELC sought to bring together prominent CEOs and select ELC members for a one-day event designed to inform and equip CEOs through peer-to-peer experiences, keynote speakers, panel discussions, and fireside chats.
Given the event’s significance, The ELC wanted an experienced partner to manage all marketing, communications, and event production elements.
Black Digital created the overall corporate branding for this event, including the logo, stage backdrops, program book, and other promotional materials to further The ELC’s vision of providing CEOs with the knowledge, insights, and tools needed to support and advance their Black talent.
The theme for this year’s conference was “Breakthrough,” it explored the multifaceted understanding of and key considerations for critical enablers to advancing Black talent.
Black Digital’s branding was well received and provided crisp and clean backdrops behind some of corporate America’s most powerful CEOs. The branding empowered attendees to dive into the immersive program The ELC offered at the event.
