Kaitlyn Smith is a detail-oriented content writer and marketing strategist with a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) from Towson University. Her passion for storytelling is matched by her tactical marketing knowledge, developed through internships with Chartwells Higher Education and Allied Title & Escrow. In these roles, she executed social media strategies, created email marketing content, and planned campus events. As President of Towson’s American Marketing Association chapter, Kaitlyn demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills that continue to serve her in her current work at Black Digital.
