Based in Washington, DC, we help District agencies turn public priorities into campaigns, creative, digital experiences, and community engagement built for the people they serve.
DC agencies are responsible for communicating public programs and priorities while managing internal approvals, community expectations, accessibility requirements, procurement rules, and limited staff capacity.
Residents do not experience those internal complexities. They expect information to be timely, useful, accessible, and easy to understand.
We help District teams close that gap with local creative, digital, outreach, and implementation capacity.
Creative, digital, campaign, and web support built around agency priorities and District stakeholder processes.
Public outreach, events, content, and campaign implementation designed to reach DC residents and communities.
Marketing, creative, web, content, paid media, and implementation support that can fit within larger District contracts and project teams.

Black Digital has experience working directly with government agencies and supporting federal teams as a subcontractor. We also maintain certifications and procurement registrations designed to make it easier for public agencies and prime contractors to engage qualified small and minority-owned businesses.
Community Engagement & Event Implementation
Black Digital fully managed and coordinated ONSE’s National Day of Remembrance for Homicide Victims, an annual gathering designed to support DC families and survivors affected by violence.
We coordinated the venue and 13 vendors, developed the memorial presentation and remembrance materials, and helped create an experience that included a private remembrance, dinner, musical performances, and a candlelight vigil. More than 15 families and approximately 80 residents participated.
Website Redesign & Digital Experience
Redesigned the digital experience for Washington DC’s public-private economic development partnership, helping organize business resources, incentives, and economic development information into a clearer experience for companies and stakeholders.
