Role Overview:

The SEO & Data Insights Manager leads all efforts related to search engine optimization, website analytics, and performance reporting. This role ensures that websites and digital channels are optimized for visibility, tracked accurately, and continuously improved based on data-driven insights. They collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create strategies that drive organic growth, improve user experience, and measure impact.

Core Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies, including sitemap structure, keyword mapping, and URL structure planning.
  • Create meta titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, and heading structures (H1–H6).
  • Configure and audit SEO plugins (e.g., Yoast) for WordPress/Elementor.
  • Implement schema markup, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps.
  • Recommend improvements for Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.


Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and event tracking.
  • Develop and manage Looker Studio dashboards to track KPIs across web and social channels.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).


Reports & Insights

  • Provide actionable insights for website and social performance improvements.
  • Collect and analyze social media analytics (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Support and update monthly impact reports with SEO and analytics data.
  • Deliver post-launch and ongoing performance reports with recommendations for optimization for our service clients.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with marketing, content, and development teams to integrate SEO and analytics best practices.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms, analytics tools, and industry trends.
  • Recommend ongoing content, SEO, and social media strategy enhancements.

Role Overview:

The Graphic Designer creates visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate ideas, inspire audiences, and support marketing and business goals at Black Digital. They execute all projects according to assignments provided by the Creative Operations Manager. Working closely under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer, this role independently executes projects, producing high-quality visuals aligned with brand standards and strategic objectives. This position significantly contributes to all output that fulfills the Black Digital standard of excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

Work within established procedures and guidelines set by the Manager of Creative Operations to ensure consistency, quality control, and effective collaboration across projects.

Design Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute visual concepts for advertisements, social media content, brochures, presentations, corporate materials and all other visual needs.
  • Utilize graphic design software to produce innovative and compelling visuals.
  • Ensure all designs align with marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and overall business objectives.


Creative Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively under the guidance and mentorship of the Senior Graphic Designer, receiving feedback and applying it constructively.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas and design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Web Services team to provide graphic content and support for website and digital projects as needed.


Project Management and Communication:

  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate design ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.


Quality Assurance and Attention to Detail:

  • Maintain high standards for visual detail and design consistency.
  • Review personal work meticulously to ensure accuracy and quality before submission for approval.


File Organization and Maintenance:

  • Maintain organized file systems, ensuring accurate file naming conventions, archiving, and ease of access for team collaboration.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive growth for Black Digital. This role combines strategic prospecting, relationship management, and consultative selling to expand the agency’s client portfolio across non-profit, government, and corporate sectors. The Business Development Manager ensures that opportunities are aligned with Black Digital’s core services, values, and long-term growth strategy. Acting as a bridge between potential clients and internal teams, this role sets the foundation for strong client partnerships and revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Conduct prospecting activities including calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, and event networking.
  • Develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and presentations in collaboration with the Creative and Client Services teams.
  • Lead RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and competitive.
  • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Creative Operations, Account Management, and Leadership to scope projects, establish pricing, and package services.
  • Track business development metrics, report progress, and provide recommendations for pipeline growth.
  • Represent Black Digital at industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to guide strategic business positioning.
  • Maintain all leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM systems with accurate, timely updates.

Role Overview:

The Content Producer is responsible for developing, adapting, and refining written content for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, social media, emails, and marketing materials. This role ensures content is clear, compelling, and aligned with client or internal brand voice and goals. The Content Curator/Writer contributes directly to the quality and consistency of content produced by Black Digital and its clients, helping shape clear, engaging, and effective communication across all platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work within established procedures and guidelines set by the Manager of Creative Operations to ensure consistency, quality control, and effective collaboration across projects.
  • Write and edit content for web, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Adapt tone, format, and style based on brand guidelines and target audience.
  • Conduct content research and source relevant materials to support messaging.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Coordinators, and the Account Teams to align work with campaign objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow protocols for asset delivery.
  • Leverage AI for workflow optimization, balancing automation with hands-on editing to uphold messaging integrity, brand voice, and tone
  • Conduct in-depth research for client writing requests and ensure alignment with the content style guides
