2025 ELC Week

Overview

The Executive Leadership Council’s (ELC) Gala Week is one of the organization’s most significant annual gatherings, celebrating executive leadership excellence and advancing ELC’s mission to increase the presence and effectiveness of executives across corporate America. Hosted at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, Gala Week brings together senior executives, rising leaders, corporate partners, and honorees for leadership development sessions, networking events, and the signature ELC Honors Gala.

For Gala Week 2025, Black Digital Group developed a comprehensive suite of creative assets to support the Recognition Gala, the Corporate Board Navigator (CBN) leadership development experience, the Mid-Level Managers’ Symposium (MLMS), and the Honors Symposium and Gala.

Challenge

Gala Week brought together several major events, each with its own programming, speakers, and content needs, which required BDG to manage a large volume of updates from multiple departments. As content evolved across Recognition Gala, CBN, MLMS, and the Honors Symposium, new details, graphics, and program changes continued to arrive in the days leading up to the event. The rapid pace, overlapping timelines, and the number of stakeholders involved created a highly dynamic production environment that demanded strong coordination, design consistency, and efficient decision-making to keep all assets aligned and on schedule.

Approach/Solution

BDG implemented a structured and collaborative workflow to support the scale of Gala Week. The team maintained clear communication channels with ELC departments, prioritized tasks daily, and established a streamlined system for gathering content, tracking revisions, and ensuring consistency across related events. Real-time updates were coordinated closely with the design team, allowing us to pivot quickly while preserving the visual integrity of the overall brand.

Even with tight timelines, BDG delivered a cohesive set of print, digital, and event assets that supported the full Gala Week experience and aligned with ELC.

Deliverables

Our team developed a comprehensive creative suite for ELC Gala Week 2025, spanning the Recognition Gala, CBN, MLMS, and the Honors Symposium and Gala. Deliverables included presentation materials, digital signage across seven venue locations, email and social graphics, web and app assets, and a full range of event collateral, from one-pagers and save-the-date graphics to stage visuals, directional signage, and “Know Before You Go” guides. We also produced honoree and member-focused promotional content, Gala tickets, Classy and Google app creative, and assets for VIP events, the Convening Breakfast, and the Member Brunch.

The Honors Symposium creative package included updated cohort photography, ambassador graphics, event badges, kiosk screens, promotional social media content, a comprehensive event deck, email and newsletter support, RainFocus assets, on-site signage, a custom scholar T-shirt, and an infographic.

For MLMS, BDG delivered refreshed branding, event badges, a deck template, microlearning presentations, email graphics, an event one-pager, paid LinkedIn ads, in-person and virtual event programs, RainFocus graphics, a step-and-repeat banner, speaker and breakout promotional content, and a comprehensive signage suite.
