Overview

The Financial Alliance for Representation and Empowerment (FARE) is a national coalition committed to closing the racial wealth gap by increasing representation of Black and Brown talent in the financial services industry. Through partnerships with HBCUs and leading financial institutions, FARE offers programs, mentorship, and access to opportunities that promote equity and inclusion.

As momentum for FARE’s mission grew, the organization saw an opportunity to solidify HBCU Live as its signature student-facing event. They sought a strategic partner to amplify visibility, elevate the event experience, and provide clear value to attendees and sponsors alike.
