




The Executive Leadership Council’s Leadership Development Week (LDW) is a flagship professional development experience designed to equip early to senior-career professionals with business-tested insights, executive strategies, and culturally grounded leadership development. Hosted from June 23 to 27, 2025, in Chicago and virtually, LDW featured interactive courses, masterclasses, and fireside conversations with senior executives and Fortune 500 leaders.
ELC’s Leadership Development Week required a fast-paced turnaround for the creative team while content for several sessions was still being refined. Our team was responsible for developing comprehensive materials for six leadership courses, and the content evolved rapidly as subject matter experts finalized key themes and narratives. This meant assets needed to be flexible, responsive, and designed to accommodate ongoing updates.
Because revisions came through multiple stakeholders and channels, the volume and pace of changes added complexity to the production schedule. With an ambitious event timeline and a wide range of deliverables, the project demanded high levels of coordination, organization, and adaptability to ensure every piece aligned with ELC’s vision and high standards.
BDG supported LDW by producing a full creative suite, from refreshed branding and logo design to course materials, talent selection assets, email and social graphics, guidebooks, signage, and event collateral. Together, these pieces created a cohesive visual identity that elevated the LDW experience and reinforced ELC’s mission to advance quality executives in corporate leadership.
To meet the fast timeline and evolving content needs, BDG restructured the workflow to bring clarity and consistency to the process. The team established clear communication channels, facilitated collaborative working sessions, and built an organized system for feedback and content submission. This streamlined approach allowed us to move quickly, stay aligned, and deliver polished, executive-ready materials on schedule, ensuring LDW launched with a unified, high-quality creative foundation.
