Level Up Your Storytelling – Turn Ideas Into Impact

Documented needed to reach immigrant, refugee, and asylum audiences to grow its Early Arrival newsletter toward a 10,000-subscriber goal, which meant a multilingual strategy that could speak directly to Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French-speaking communities rather than one generic campaign translated three ways.
Black Digital built a paid social acquisition campaign for the New York Metro Area, developed multilingual creative in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French, launched in February 2026 and expanded geographically in July, and ran ongoing creative testing to improve performance over time. July 2026 was the campaign’s strongest month to date: cost efficiency improved steadily as the testing system identified what actually resonated with each language audience, rather than assuming one approach would work across all three.
A multilingual audience needs more than translated ads; it needs creative built for each community specifically. This campaign gave Documented a cost-efficient, improving system for reaching immigrant communities directly.
