Carter is a visual designer and storyteller with over fifteen years of progressive experience in visual design, corporate branding and identity, visual storytelling, and human-centered design practices. Her formal education spans from a B.A. in Fine Arts (University of Maryland) to a Master’s in Information Visualization (MICA). She believes in the power of influencing the world through images and uses design as an agent for growth and connection. She resides in the Baltimore metropolitan area. In her spare time, she enjoys random crafting projects, sci-fantasy novels, great independent movies, and volunteer work in her community.
