Warm Springs Watershed Association needed a WordPress site with 30+ pages that an all-volunteer Board could manage entirely independently. The organization had a fixed $7,000 budget and specific requirements: SEO optimization, proper image handling, donation integration. The existing site was outdated and required developer involvement for routine updates.
Black Digital built a volunteer-first site designed from the outset for non-technical editors. Full navigation supports 30+ pages, each written to a minimum 200-word SEO standard. Yoast SEO was configured so every page met a minimum quality rating. Image handling was simplified so board members could upload photos without breaking formatting.
Board training and written WordPress documentation were delivered as part of the scope.
The all-volunteer Board now manages their own content, images, and page structure. They don’t need a developer for routine updates. The site is properly optimized for search.
