Overview

The ELC Institute launched Leadership Pathways, a new continuing education program designed to support early-to-mid-level professionals on their path to senior leadership. With no existing visual framework for the program and a tight enrollment window, Black Digital was brought in to build the full creative and digital ecosystem from the ground up, and then drive the awareness and sales needed to fill the first cohort.

Challenge

There was no existing brand, landing page, or promotional system for the program. Everything had to be built fast and built right. A delayed launch meant missed enrollment windows and lost revenue, so the team needed to move from zero to a fully operational campaign in a compressed timeframe.

Approach

We led the project through discovery, design, development, and deployment with clear milestones and defined revision rounds at each stage. The creative system drew from ELC’s broader brand while positioning the Institute as a distinct, elevated offering. Premium typography, modular layouts, and authority-forward visual treatments communicated credibility to an executive audience. For paid media, we launched a LinkedIn lead generation campaign anchored by a downloadable ebook that immediately lowered the cost per lead to under $1. The combination of high-value content and precision targeting produced strong lead volume and converted efficiently into program registrations. The success of this campaign has set the standard for how ELC will promote and sell future Institute programs, with a second cohort now opening due to demand.
