ITSMF’s GIPD Academies (Executive Academy, Management Academy, and EMERGE Academy) are nine-month leadership development programs for high-potential technology professionals on the path to the C-suite. As enrollment targets grew and competition for attention increased, ITSMF needed a marketing system that could drive applications, fill seats, and generate revenue for the organization consistently each cohort cycle.
Academy recruitment overlapped with other major ITSMF programs, creating compressed timelines and limited internal bandwidth. Unclear positioning across the three academy tiers risked confusion and low application volume, with each cohort needing 20 to 25 participants to hit revenue goals.
We clarified the positioning and tier differentiation across all three academies so prospective applicants could immediately understand which program matched their career stage. We then built a full campaign system: structured timelines tied to enrollment windows, LinkedIn lead generation campaigns, email automation sequences for nurturing, social media creative, and standardized templates that accelerated production. The system was designed to be repeatable, so each new cohort cycle requires less setup and more focused execution.
Targeted LinkedIn campaigns and email automation directly contributed to increased EMERGE enrollment, driving measurable revenue for the organization. ITSMF now has a marketing infrastructure that can be activated and expanded for each new cohort, reducing ramp time while improving consistency and results across all three academy programs.
