ITSMF — 30th Anniversary Brand

Overview

ITSMF is the premier organization for senior-level Black technology executives, providing professional development, networking, and leadership pathways for high-potential IT leaders. Black Digital serves as ITSMF’s full marketing partner, supporting the organization’s annual symposium, conference marketing, social media management, and the rollout of their 30th anniversary brand.

Challenge

As ITSMF entered its 30th year, the organization needed a cohesive anniversary identity that honored its legacy while projecting forward momentum. At the same time, ongoing marketing had to drive event attendance, grow digital audiences, and generate leads for the GIPD Academies and EMERGE program, all within a lean operational model.

Approach

We created the 30th anniversary logo and brand and are managing its rollout across all marketing channels. For conference and symposium marketing, we updated the overall look and feel, ran targeted campaigns to promote programming and fill seats, and managed social media to grow ITSMF’s LinkedIn presence past 10,000 followers. Paid social campaigns for EMERGE drove lead generation, increased website traffic, and contributed directly to revenue growth for the organization.
