The Challenge

Headway DEI Training, delivering evidence-based workplace culture training, was outgrowing Wix. The organization needed a platform supporting gated member-only content, integrated payment processing, and room to scale as it built a growing network of certified facilitators and expanded its course catalog.

Wix wasn’t designed for member authentication, complex permissions, or the integrations Headway needed.

The Solution

Black Digital moved Headway off Wix onto a scalable platform. The new site features a password-protected member portal where registered community members access resources, receive Slack channel invites, and attend monthly virtual forums. Because the platform supports independent content publishing, Headway’s team can add courses, forums, and resource pages without outside developer help.

The infrastructure leaves room for future scheduling and accounting integrations as Headway scales its facilitator network.
