Level Up Your Storytelling – Turn Ideas Into Impact

A talent-pipeline program has to communicate to several groups with different motivations at once: students need accessible eligibility, deadline, and preparation information; educators need shareable materials; employers and sponsors need a clear view of the program’s value and the students it supports. FARE’s mission depends on more than awareness, so Black Digital organized program communications around the full student journey, developed content spanning web, social, email, presentations, and scholarship materials, and treated student achievements and stories as central proof rather than decoration, connecting individual opportunities to the broader mission of representation across scholarships, career readiness, student storytelling, recruiting events, and HBCU Live. The FARE HBCU Scholarship itself, built in partnership with Franklin Templeton, Nationwide, and RBC Wealth Management, offers HBCU students with a 3.2 GPA or higher a $2,000 award to prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials exam, plus an additional $1,000 for students who pass it, giving the communications real, concrete stakes to explain rather than an abstract opportunity.
