Background
The annual MLMS is a two-day professional-development experience for high-potential, high-performing corporate managers and leaders. Symposiums are an important part of the Executive Leadership Council’s (The ELC) mission, because they enable The ELC to connect and network with its target audience.
The Challenge
The ELC needed help securing online registrations through targeted marketing and social media campaigns. Additionally, it was worried about not maintaining the same connection and engagement in a virtual environment that it had at its in-person events.
The Solution
Black Digital saw the transition to a virtual MLMS as a branding and sponsorship opportunity for The ELC. Our team created a customized social media campaign and a paid advertising campaign that was laser-focused on procuring registrations. We also further developed the client’s brand image to appeal to the correct target audience of mid-level managers.
Results
The social media and advertising campaigns secured more than 2,000 registrations for The ELC’s 2021 symposium.
