Association of African American Financial Advisors Social Media Marketing

Overview

The Association of African American Financial Advisors is dedicated to increasing the representation and advancement of Black financial professionals. Quad-A needed a partner to professionalize their social media presence, grow their audience, and drive awareness and registrations for their signature conferences, VISION and WIIN.

Challenge

The organization’s social media channels lacked a consistent process, visual identity, and strategic framework. Without a structured approach to content and paid amplification, conference campaigns were underperforming and the brand was not reaching its full potential audience.

Approach

We introduced an end-to-end social media system: monthly content calendars, bi-weekly client meetings, monthly performance reporting, and quarterly strategy sessions. We refreshed the overall look and feel across platforms and launched recurring campaigns including Black History Month, Women’s History Month, and a thought leadership series that repurposed footage from previous conferences into short-form clips tagging featured speakers. For the VISION and WIIN conferences, we developed the full campaign creative, highlighted speakers and programming, and ran targeted paid ads to drive registrations.
