Level Up Your Storytelling – Turn Ideas Into Impact

Gala Week brings several distinct experiences into one high-visibility week for executives, emerging leaders, scholars, corporate partners, and honorees, including the Recognition Gala, Corporate Board Network, Mid-Level Managers’ Symposium (MLMS), and Honors programming. Each program needed its own promotion while feeling connected to the larger week. Marketing four distinct programs within one high-visibility week required careful sequencing, keeping each program’s audience engaged with content specific to their experience while maintaining Gala Week’s overall momentum, so Black Digital supported the 2025 Gala Week as an integrated event-marketing partner, connected digital journey, campaign creative, and social storytelling across programs, and delivered on-site experience support across the full week.
MLMS, a two-day professional-development conference for high-potential Black managers and leaders, is one of the week’s flagship draws, historically priced between $1,000 and $2,000 and attracting more than 1,500 mid-level and senior corporate professionals from Fortune 500 companies. Marketing for the 2026 program has been strong enough that in-person seats are nearly sold out, pushing The ELC to look for additional capacity, while virtual seats remain on sale.
A week packed with distinct, high-visibility programs needs marketing that can hold audience attention across all of them simultaneously. This system gave The ELC’s Gala Week that connected momentum.
