The Association needed both an organizational website and a connected memorial site launched on schedule ahead of the Black Sheriffs’ Memorial exhibit opening (see related exhibit case), with a cohesive brand across both. Launching two connected digital properties on a fixed deadline required tight coordination between the organizational site and the memorial experience, so Black Digital designed and built the organizational website, coordinated launch timing with the memorial exhibit opening, and delivered brand applications spanning institutional and commemorative use, so both felt like part of the same institution rather than disconnected properties.
A landmark opening needs every digital touchpoint working the moment doors open. This gave the Association two coordinated properties, not two separate launches competing for attention.
